The Lantern Session
Each Lantern Session begins with a few quiet moments to settle in — a breath, a pause, and space to arrive fully as you are. Together, we’ll explore what feels most present or tender for you that day. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say — this space welcomes all that you bring.
You can expect:
A gentle, grounded conversation guided by curiosity and compassion
Somatic (body-based) awareness tools to help you reconnect to your sense of safety and inner wisdom
Reflective questions to help you uncover clarity and self-understanding
Practical next steps or grounding strategies that feel nourishing and realistic for where you are right now
Each session is unique — shaped by what you need most in the moment. My intention is to help you leave feeling a little lighter, more rooted, and reminded that healing doesn’t have to be rushed.
A 45-minute coaching experience
The Lantern Session is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and find your footing when life feels heavy or unclear. In this 45-minute coaching session, we focus on illuminating one area of your life that’s asking for light — whether it’s grief, transition, burnout, or the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from yourself.
Through somatic and trauma-informed coaching, we work together to bring awareness to what your body, emotions, and nervous system are communicating. This is not about fixing or forcing; it’s about noticing, softening, and gently guiding yourself toward understanding and relief.
You may leave this session with greater clarity, a grounded sense of self, or a small next step that feels possible — like the soft glow of a lantern helping you see the path ahead.
For moments when you need gentle support, reflection, or renewed direction — The Lantern Session offers a light to hold onto.

““Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.””
